Established in1986, Studio B Hair & Beauty Academy first opened in Ipoh town as a humble team. 27 years ago, we started off by being involved in the entertainment industry, with a clientele of modeling, acting and voice talent companies. We gained our first hand experience in the ever changing industry by offering our services to them not only as hairstylists, but as their stylists as well, putting together creative ideas to fashion unique looks that surpass the hairstyling industry.
From that stepping stone, we have now expanded our team and salon to Cambodia. With bigger and better services to offer, we are ready to welcome a wider range of customers.
Our top team of stylists has undergone intensive quality training in Japan, London, Melbourne, Bangkok, Shanghai and America. Plus, we have amongst us a TIGI ambassador and the South East Asian champion for the Wella Trend Vision 2006. The founder of Studio B also happens to be the founder of the Kinta Hairdressers Association (KHA), the only association for hairdressers in the whole of Perak state.
With our impressive talents, we have gained priceless experience from workshops and achieved countless awards, from the simple haircut styles to hair colouring. Last but not least, the team spirit and amazing handwork by Studio B should not be underestimated because we have, arguably, the strongest team in the whole of Ipoh.
