As they both laughed, Prince Harry said : " I don't know who he gets that from. "

Queen Visiting Royal baby Archie

The couple shared a black & white snap on their Instagram account showing off baby Archie to the Queen and Prince Philip, alongside Meghan's mother , Doria Ragland at Windsor Castle.

The couple share the announcement of their newborn child name after The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh met their eighth and newest great-grandchild for the first time.

After deciding to name their son Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, the Duke & Duchess of Sussex have choose not to use a title for their first son.

As the first born, Archie could share one of Harry's subsidiary titles as Earl of Dumbarton or Lord Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, but instead he will just simply be Master Archie Mountbatten-Windsor.

The meaning behind the royal baby's name

Thou the royal baby name Archie & Harrison seem to be unique and new to the royal family, it's actually not the first time that a British royal baby has been given a name which is not traditionally royal. The Queen's first granddaughter was name as Zara Philips , which is quite sensation when it was unveiled.
Archie means "genuine, bold or brave" and it was the 18th most popular boy's name in England & Wales in 2017.
Harrison is slightly more popular than Archie in the US & it's more common in the UK, where it was ranked the 34th most-popular boy's name in 2017. Harrison was originally used as a surname - means "son of Harry".
Mountbatten-Windsor is the surname created in 1960, combining the surnames of the Queen & Prince Philip when they married. The double-barrelled name was a concession to Prince Philip who complained that his children would not bear his name.
" Prince Philip was never allowed to call his children by his own surname."
"I think that's a really nice tribute to Harry's grandfather." said by Royal author Penny Junor.
**Personally, I think it's the best gift to Prince Philip and he must be thrilled that his great grandchild share his surname.

Entering the Parenthood

Talking about their first few days as parents, Meghan said :" It's magic, it's pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world so I'm really happy."

Prince Harry added : " It's great. Parenting is amazing. "

"It's only been two and a half days, three days, but we're just thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy."

When they were being asked which parent the baby resemble more, Prince Hary said : "Everyone says that baby change so much over two weeks. "

" Basically we're monitoring how the changing process happens over this month really. But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows."

Later when they were asked to show more of their son's face to the cameras, Meghan laughed as the Duke joked : " He's already got a little bit of facial hair as well, wonderful."

The Duchess added :" Thank you everybody for all the well-wished and kindness, it just means so much."

Lastly, Congratulations once again to this lovely couple and will look forward for more updates on royal Baby Archie activities too .
